  3. When will my credit card be charged?

    Your card is charged from the point at which your account is activated. If you have signed up for an immediate subscription, you will be charged upon the creation of your account. If you have signed up for the 7 day trial, you will not be charged until 7 days after you signed up for the trial. If you have a guest account, you will not be charged.

  4. I was given a message that there was a problem with my credit card

    The credit card number may be invalid
    Make sure the credit card number you have entered is correct and matches the number on your card.

    The credit card expiration date may be invalid
    Make sure the credit card expiration month and year you have entered match those on your card. Also, the expiration month and year must be greater than today''s month and year.

    The credit/debit card type may be incorrect
    Currently, OneGreatFamily only accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please make sure the credit card you are entering is a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card.

    Credit card may have been declined by credit card issuer
    Although OneGreatFamily will not attempt to bill your credit card until after the trial period, we do validate whether your credit card is valid and has sufficient funds. Your card may be failing the validation process. In this case you will need to contact your credit card issuer and determine if there is any reason why your credit card would be declined.

  5. I currently have a guest account, how do I upgrade?

    To upgrade, log into your account and, from "My Account," press the "Subscribe" button that is located in the Subscription Information area. You will then be asked to provide the information necessary to upgrade your account.
